Hemp (cannabis sativa) is an industrial crop that is known to have over 25,000 known uses!
Hemp is very high in the cannabinoid CBD (cannabidiol) and low in THC, which means you won't get high using a CBD product!
Hemp and Marijuana are both part of the Cannabis family, but they differ in cultivation and chemical makeup. While both plants have value, the low THC content of Hemp make it a popular choice for those who don't want the "high" of Marijuana.
CBD has grown in popularity over the past couple of years, but believe it or not CBD is only one of the hundreds of compounds identified in the Cannabis Sativa L plant. Full Spectrum CBD oil, unlike Isolate CBD Oil, contains CBD as well as several other cannabinoids (compounds found in Cannabis).
Using a Full Spectrum CBD Oil over an Isolate CBD Oil can be beneficial. When using a Full Spectrum product, CBD is put in a more natural state by being surrounded by trace amounts of other cannabinoids. When CBD is with the other cannabinoids you get what is called the "entourage effect". As mentioned, there are hundreds of compounds within Cannabis Sativa L. While most of them have their own benefits, the synergy between the compounds allows them to combine for greater effect. A 2015 study conducted by the Hebrew University of Jerusalem's Hadassah School compared Full Spectrum CBD Oil and Isolate CBD Oil, this study found that the Full Spectrum Oil was more effective.
For a Full Spectrum product to be federally legal, it must come from Industrial Hemp and contain below 0.3% THC (the psychoactive cannabinoid).
In addition to CBD, you can find trace amounts of the following cannabinoids in our product:
